Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

All orders ship from our US warehouse, with free standard shipping on every order — no minimum purchase required.

United States: Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days.

International orders: Delivery times outside the United States depend on the destination country, local customs processing, and international carrier handoff, and can vary significantly. We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery window for international orders, and delivery may take considerably longer than the 7–10 business days quoted for US orders. We'll provide tracking information so you can follow your order's progress once it ships.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons or carrier delays.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the United States and internationally, including the European Union.

Customs & Import Duties

Domestic US orders are not subject to customs duties or import taxes. If you place an order from outside the US (where accepted), it may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MyMahjongStudio is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at mymahjongstudio@gmail.com.
