What type of Mahjong is this set designed for?
Our tile sets, mats, and racks are designed specifically for American-style Mahjong (4 players).

What's included with my tile set?
Each product page lists exactly what's included under "What's Included" and "What's NOT Included." Most of our current tile sets include tiles only — racks, pushers, and dice are sold separately unless the listing states otherwise.

What are the tiles made of?
Our tiles are crafted from durable, eco-friendly acrylic, designed to resist chipping and fading with regular use.

Do you offer custom or made-to-order designs?
Yes — our Made-to-Order items are produced specifically for you after you order. Production begins right away, so these items can't be canceled or modified once your order is placed.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?
Ready-to-Ship items ship within 1–2 business days, with delivery in 5–7 business days (US). Made-to-Order items take up to 30 days total from order to delivery, including production and shipping. Shipping is free on both.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the United States and internationally, including the EU. Delivery times outside the US vary by destination and customs processing, and any duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as each item ships. If your order has multiple items, they may ship separately with their own tracking numbers.

My tracking says delivered, but I never got my package.
Please check with your local carrier first, then contact us at mymahjongstudio@gmail.com if you still can't locate it.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final, except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it can't be canceled or modified — please review your cart carefully before checking out.

I'm ordering from the EU — do I have return rights?
Yes. EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law, which doesn't apply to made-to-order or personalized items.
